Dentistry, round 2, day 2
Much better than last time (less work done). My face doesn't feel as swollen. Painkillers working pretty well: took one when I got home, it started wearing off after about 4.5 hours (dose is one every six hours) and I was pretty unhappy by the time I could take the next, but once I took it, I started feeling better in about half an hour. Better living through modern chemistry, man!

I woke up about 3:30 and took a half pill, and the second half when I woke up for the day around 7:00. I think if I stick to half a pill every three hours rather than one every six, I'll be in pretty good shape.

I am so glad it's getting easier. So far.

Me too. I'm still not looking forward to rounds 3 and 4, though, with the removal of wisdom teeth and filing down of mandibular torii.

Half a pill every 3 hours is a very sensible plan.

Thank you kindly. It seems to be working.

This.

In other news from us - <lj user="sordak" gets teeth cleaning today and two pulled now that we have means (VA - Yay!) for such. My reparations start in a couple of weeks.

Owiee. Broken teeth sound painful. (I've actually chipped both my front teeth and neither one hurt, but that's just chipping off the corners.)

Yay for VA, and good luck with Sordak's and your dental work.

Me too! I woke up this morning thinking, "You know, I probably could have gone to work today." Then around noon I realized that I was exhausted and needed a nap. So probably better that I didn't.
