CEPT Update: kind of iffy news
My co-worker S's daughter is still out sick and is being tested for pre-eclampsia. This is a very serious condition for both mother and baby, and in her case is complicated by a congenital renal fusion.
S's daughter is 25 weeks pregnant; no estimate at this time of baby's weight. The docs are telling her that if she has a mild case of pre-eclampsia, she'll be put on bedrest until delivery (or unless the eclampsia gets worse); if it's a severe case they'll have to deliver the baby immediately and hope for the best.
Your continuing prayers and prayer-analogs are deeply appreciated.
