Remember "Buckets of water, I tell you!"?
(first post in the series)
(second post in the series)

I got a letter from TOSHA yesterday. It included the restaurant owner's response to their concern. It also included invoices for $14k of new roof.

I don't know if my complaint was what triggered the "Okay, fine, we'll fix the damn roof," or if they were going to do so anyway, but I am going to tell myself that I did a Good Thing.

For the record, the fast foodie in question is the Captain D's on Alcoa Highway, in (Alcoa, I think, but possibly Knoxville; who the hell knows with strip annexations), Tennessee.

Go, you, for doing all that. I become increasingly more convinced that every bit of resiting entropy we all do is vital to maintaining civilization.

And if the owner complains, ask how much it would cost for litigation and PR control if some ate contaminated food?

Bravo to you!
