CEPT: Friend of a friend

A friend of a friend is in a bad way with her primary relationship. Normally I just ask for "prayers, energy, what have you," but my understanding in this case is that throwing energy blindly at the situation won't help and might hurt. If you can pass along calming, centering, and clarity-of-thought vibes, though, that would be muchly appreciated.
