So, yeah, I kind of fell off the exercycle the last couple of weeks, but I climbed back on tonight.
Elliptical, level 1, random: 18 minutes
Walking: 2 laps
Handcycle, 60 rpm setting: 2 minutes forward, 2 minutes backward

Not a bad workout, just getting back in.

(I just started using the gym near work this week. Swimming this morning and a lunch hour elliptical workout on Wednesday.)
