Looking for Olympics theme music
Can anyone help me track down a copy (.wav, MIDI, or .mp3) of the Olympic theme music, the one that used to play on NBC?

ETA: I adore the heck out of y'all.

There is actually an Olympics Fanfare that's neither of these.
It's based on a piece called Bugler's Dream, by Leo Arnaud and here's the link to the wikipedia entry on it

Bugler's Dream

This was used on ABC and later NBC as their Olympics theme.

Yup, that's the one I think she means; it's in the start of the YouTube I linked to...

That melody means Olympics to me.

I'm on my work 'puter. That YouTube goes into a loop on my machine and won't open. (It's my machine, I know it's not YouTube friendly.) So I wasn't sure which one you had there.

I'm pretty durn sure this is it; doing a YouTube search for Bugler's Dream brought me to a clip someone had to of recorded direct off TV, as the NBC Peacock logo comes up during the footage, and it's for the Atlanta games.

ETA: Found a midi for it here: http://www.armory.com/~keeper/midiall.html

Won't swear to the sound quality of it, but it's recognisable.

Yes, I'm sure that's the one she means as well.

Is This The One You Are Thinking?

Which Olympics? I have cd's from the last 6.
The one NBC plays most is an instrumental from John Tesh, I think it is called "The Dream". I'll check when I get home tonight.

You might still be able to find the John Williams Summon the Heroes CD, which includes "Bugler's Dream" and the various music he's written for NBC's Olympics coverage since 1984.

(At least, I think that's the title. Don't want to go digging in my CDs to find it, though.)
