A joke

Little child comes running in after school one day, calling, "Guess what! We learned how to make babies today!"

Parent, thinking that first grade is perhaps a bit young for detailed sex ed, nevertheless keeps cool and asks, "Really? How is that?"

"You drop the 'y' and add 'ies'!"

Foundation giving iPads to non-verbal autistic children

Quoting directly from sailor_jim,
The HollyRod Foundation (Holly and Rodney Peete, the former NFL Quarterback) is giving away iPads to kids on the autism spectrum who are non-verbal. Applications are reviewed in the order received so the sooner the better, deadline is December 31.

You can download an application for an iPad or make a donation here. Please pass this along to anyone you can think of who might be able to benefit. Thanks.

However, I regret to report that per the application form, this offer is limited to residents of the USA with a gross family income less than $35k (one income) or $50k (two incomes).
