Too early in the morning
Do you have a favorite phrase for "too early in the morning"?

I used "o-dark-thirty" for ages but in the last few years I've taken to "stupid o'clock."

I love watching the sun rise - as I'm on my way to bed. (I have become much more responsible in my behavior and generally go to bed at 10:00 like a Good Do-Bee.)

I like that one. I too have a phrase, but it's really unrepeatable.

Still, I'd offer:
"Fishermen's Time", having been woken up at 4 am in a motel once by fishermen starting up their pickup trucks to get out on the water before the fish woke up.
"Twenty-Nine O'Clock", which is five hours past midnight, if midnight is "twenty-four o'clock".

... and refer back to "Guys and Dolls", when the lead sings "My Time of Day", which is just before dawn, but that's because he likes that time. So do I; I used to be a paperboy, and saw lots of stuff then.
